Model 1850 (18" Disc-Style) Whole Tree Chipper
(Click for Photo) The Bandit Model 1850 was designed for those tree services and land clearers that specialize in light land clearing. It is compact enough that it can easily be maneuvered from one location to the next. With engine options from 250- to 325-horsepower, this unit will easily chip 18 inch diameter whole trees. Built with a heavy-duty frame and heavy-duty hydraulic components, this unit will take the everyday abuse that comes from chipping large diameter trees.

Model 1900 (19" Disc-Style) Whole Tree Chipper
(Click for Photo) Bandit's Model 1900 is considered to be one of the top choices for land and right-of-way clearers. Some features on the 1900 include the five-wheel feed system, which is considered the best feed system ever developed for a whole tree chipper. Another feature is that the 1900 produces a dimensional, clean chip that can be used for boiler fuel. This unit is available with engine horsepower options ranging from 525 to 535 horsepower.

Model 2090 (20" Drum-Style) Whole Tree Chipper
(Click for Photo) The model 2090 is the most compact of four whole tree drum-style chippers Bandit offers, and now can be ordered in two different versions. The standard model 2090 will feature a hydraulic swivel discharge and stationary 30 inch weld on infeed tray(pictured above). For those who specialize in full tree take downs and land clearing, the deluxe version of the 2090, now called the 2290 comes equipped with features that save time and money. These features include a unique stationary discharge system and a 10 foot long infeed conveyor. The 2090 and 2290 can be equipped with engine horsepower options ranging from 250 - to - 325 horsepower.

Model 2400 (24" Disc-Style) Whole Tree Chipper
(Click for Photo) Operations looking for a high production chipper with a large chipping capacity should take a look at the Model 2400. The Model 2400 is Bandit's largest disc-style chipper, and is designed for those land clearing operations whose main goal is production. Like the Model 1900, the 2400 features a five-feedwheel system that gives this unit unmatched crushing and pulling power. This unit features a Caterpillar or Cummins 700 horsepower engine.

Model 2590 (22" Drum-Style) Whole Tree Chipper
(Click for Photo) Introducing the model 2590!! A high production 22" capacity whole tree chipper with engine options available up to 440 horsepower. The 2590 features a large throat opening of 26 1/4" x 30". The large opening allows it to process approximately 65 tons of material an hour and is capable of filling a 54 foot chip van in under 30 minutes. The 2590 is extremely efficient for producing a dimensional chip for wood energy power plants. Logging slash, whole trees, tops, and junk wood all can easily be processed with the large feed system found on the 2590.

Model 3090 (24" Drum-Style) Whole Tree Chipper
(Click for Photo) The Model 3090 has been redesigned in 2008, and now comes equipped with the same features found on the popular model 3590. With a large 30 inch x 30 inch throat opening the 3090 will easily process whole trees up to 24 inches in diameter. This unit will make land clearing simple and quick. Caterpillar or Cummins engine horsepower options are available ranging from 525 to 630 horsepower. The 3090 will process approximately 80 tons of material per hour, and is capable of filling a 45-foot chip van in under 20 minutes.

Model 3590 (30" or 36" Drum-Style) Whole Tree chippers
(Click for Photo) Unwanted logging waste is no longer an issue with Bandit's largest whole tree chipper. The Model 3590 transforms logging slash, land clearing waste, whole trees and brush into a uniform, saleable chip product faster and more efficiently than ever before. The 3590 can be ordered with a 37" diameter x 48" wide drum, with a 30 inch chipping capacity (model 3590), or with a 48" diameter x 48" wide drum, with a 36 inch chipping capacity (model 3590xl). Engine horsepower options range from 600 to 1,000 horsepower.

Model 5000 Forestry

(click for photo) The model 5000 is the latest addition to the line of already impressive prime movers offered by Bandit. As with the other models offered, the model 5000 can be equipped with a forestry mower or stump grinder attachment. Switching between attachments is extremely quick and efficient and can be done in around ten minutes. The model 5000 comes equipped with the same features found on the model 4000, but is offered with larger engine options ranging from 500 to 600 horsepower. It also offers a large 108-inch wide forestry mower attachment. |
